The idea

Less coordination.
More time together.

One campaign, a shared location, and a clear plan. The mentor organizes every meeting; each developer meets with their assigned BTMS contact.

  1. 01

    Collect availability

Everyone shares the full-hour slots they can attend. Each BTMS contact responds once for all their meetings.

  2. 02

    Compare two-day options

Review each pair of candidate dates, the meetings that fit, and the people who still need a slot.

  3. 03

    Review, then confirm

The organizer chooses the two days and publishes the timetable. Every hour includes 45 minutes of discussion and 15 minutes of buffer.

Choose a direction

Same purpose.
Six different perspectives.

Explore the dashboard, availability form, and timetable in each design. The sample campaign is identical.
